    The project is provider-neutral and focuses on the layer between Agent capabilities and project execution: reconstructing project truth, defining authority boundaries, compiling task-specific execution contracts, and requiring external evidence for state transitions.

    Current development is taking place in a private repository. The initial core focuses on Diagnosis → Prescription → Compilation → Validation before broader controlled mutation is introduced.
