Suengj Note is a curated site for projects, compressed notes on external sources, research synthesis, and personal views — published from Markdown in Git.

A personal portfolio and public notebook — not a content farm or automated blog.

What this site is

Suengj Note is a personal portfolio and public notebook. It organizes what I learn, research, build, and think about — in a form that stays readable years later.

The site is intentionally small and editorial. Each page is chosen or written with judgment, not generated to fill a feed.

What you'll find here

Section Purpose
CV & Projects Experience, education, and selected technical work
Notes Compressed summaries of external sources — translation, key points, and context
Research & Views Multi-source synthesis and personal judgments with evidence

Notes separate source material from my interpretation. Views state confidence and counterarguments where relevant. Projects and CV carry portfolio facts; this page explains how the site itself works.

Editorial stance

  • Human authorship — opinions, judgments, and personal claims are reviewed before publication.
  • AI may assist drafting or compression, but not replace editorial responsibility.
  • No automated mass publishing — nothing ships without per-entry review.
  • Source discipline — summaries compress; they do not reproduce copyrighted text.

For biographical detail and contact, see CV & Projects.

What this site is not

  • Not Auto Blog or an SEO content pipeline
  • Not a CMS dashboard or productivity app
  • Not a substitute for primary sources linked in Notes

How it is built

Content lives in this Git repository as Markdown. Astro renders a static site deployed to Cloudflare Pages. That keeps the UI thin, the history auditable, and the scope bounded — portfolio first, publishing system second.
