Editorial Control Plane for suengj.com — the portable rules, contracts, skills, and evaluations that turn reviewed sources into verifiable articles and derived artifacts.

Problem

AI-assisted publishing needs human-reviewable contracts, not ad-hoc prompts. Sources, articles, and publication machinery must stay in separate repositories with clear boundaries.

Core workflow

Source → Framing → Research/Verification → Writing → Polish
       → HITL Final → Canonical Article → Brief / Visual / Slides → suengj.com

Pipeline stages live here as contracts and Skills. Canonical articles and build/deploy live in suengj-com.

What is distinctive

  • Not a CMS — no content store, no publication engine, no runtime service
  • Schema-versioned handoff receipts with artifact lineage and staleness rules
  • Renderer-neutral semantic presentation sidecar (text anchors, not components)
  • Evaluation scorecard over a fixture corpus before publication
